    Thank you for shopping with Block Tail. We work hard to ensure your custom brick‑built collectible sets are delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


    1. Processing Times

    All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. During high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


    2. Shipping Times

    Shipping times vary based on your location:

    • United States: 5–12 business days

    • Canada: 7–15 business days

    • International: 10–20 business days

    These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high‑volume seasons.


    3. Tracking Information

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.


    4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for:

    • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

    If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not been fulfilled yet, we will do our best to update it.


    5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

    Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its location.

    We are not liable for:

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Delays caused by carriers or customs

    • Packages stuck in transit

    If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.


    6. International Shipping & Customs

    International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.
