1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, we will make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or partial refund:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photos of the issue (damaged bricks, missing pieces, damaged packaging, etc.).

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, missing‑piece shipment, or refund is appropriate.
3. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

4. Order Changes
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes after purchase. If you need to update your address or correct an error, contact us immediately — we will assist if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
