I decided to get this for myself as I thought the subject matter of this particular building block set was interesting, to say the least. When I received this set, I opened it up and found that everything that I needed to complete this build was included. The instructions were easy to read and follow, nothing out of the ordinary for those of us who have completed other LEGO style building projects before. The quality of the blocks was very nice, nothing off putting or defective. The blocks linked together quite easily and stay together. The colors of the blocks are vibrant.
There were no missing parts in this set, I actually had a couple extra pieces which is always nice, to be honest. You never know when you might need (in my case) an extra clear block for a project you are working on. Even though I'm not a drinking of liquor, I still found the set to be really neat and a nice conversation piece. Definitely shows high gift value, especially for someone who might actually drink whiskey.
What a fun building brick project! This model kit does a great job of looking like a bottle of whiskey with a glass this would be an excellent gift for so many guys you know. The bricks themselves are good quality durable plastic, and the color is deep and consistent. The clear bricks are very clear and make a nice glass or ice cube. Assembly was easy for this one and would be great for adults and kids, except for the alcohol reference. The instructions were good but if you're giving them to an adult they will probably need some plus one glasses to read the instructions. But they do a good job of differentiating each step and making it easy. Highly recommended
